Ecclesia Consulting consists of its two founders Phil McCredden and Dave Zovak and a host of professional associates.
Phil McCredden has been the Ministry team leader of Northern Community Church of Christ in the northern suburbs of Melbourne for the past 10 years. Phil is an endorsed Churches of Christ minister with a bachelor degree in Theology and a Masters degree in church leadership. His passion is seeing churches shape themselves around mission to become servants of their communities. Phil lives in Reservoir with his wife Danielle, a partner in a law firm, and his two boxer dogs.
Dave Zovak has a passion to see individuals and communities discover and live out their unique callings in Christ. He has served as a university campus minister, a pastor at multiple large churches and as an inter-denominational leadership coach and consultant. He is an ordained minister (PC(USA) in America) and holds both a Masters of Divinity and a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary with a focus on leadership development. Dave lives in Mornington with his wife, Kim and their two children, Zane and Kyra.
